Beauty Specialist

Beauty Specialist Course.

facial Full time and part time courses available, dates and times will be available on request.

In studying Beauty Therapy you will study the following subjects through-out the course with the use of branded products in which extra certificates will be achieved. All students will be taught practically in both the college and the our salon ( which was nominated for top 5 salon of the year ’08, by the I.B.P.A ) as to achieve confidence and knowledge in a salon environment .

Subjects will include:

  • Full facials including cleansing , toning , exfoliation techniques , AHA’S peels , skin analysis and skin mapping , facial and décolletage massage and specialised masks . All products used for facial will be from Ericson Labatoire.
  • Eye lash and Eye brow tinting by Reflectocil.
  • Vapazone , Hot towel , brush cleanse and Infra Red treatments are included as part of this course.
  • Facial extractions
  • Eyebrow tweezing
  • Waxing is done as part of your Beauty specialist Course in which you will be thought the following techniques : Roller waxing , tube waxing , sugaring , facial waxing and Hot intimate waxing. All waxing will be used by the Deplieve System.
  • Specialised Manicure and Pedicures by O.P.I
  • Advanced make-up using Glo Minerals and Barry M make up ranges. False eye lashes technique will also be taught.
  • False tanning techniques by St. Tropez air brush system and Bronze Express Instant tan.
  • Hygiene
  • First Aid
  • Business
  • One on one tuition available if required
  • Individual insurance for one year that allows students to work outside of the college grounds , including mobile services and home use.
  • Including exam fees
  • One uniform included

ericsonAll students will be thought professionally and with a standard of excellence. No kits required and all students will be trained with only professionally products . Students will receive certificates from the following product companies which will be an advantage to each student: Ericson Labatoire , Glo Minerals and O.P.I . Training from these company representatives will be received.

Studies will lead to internationally recognised ITEC Diploma.
